GPY's experienced instructors will guide you through a fun and challenging sequence, suitable for all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, the mat is your safe space to explore, empower, and be unapologetically you. Come connect with fellow yoga enthusiasts, celebrate your practice, and start your week feeling energized and inspired.
