⚡️Power Down Retreat
Facilitated by Pam of GVST Wellness and Jessica York of Breathe Ferndale and Coterie Detroit
Who: 8 wonderful women who need to Power Down while in community. 💅
What: A phone-free retreat right on the beaches of Lake Huron. The house has a large sauna, a hot tub over looking the lake, cool art and comty feel. 💛
When: Friday Nov 13th to Sunday Nov 15th, 2026
Where: The Schvitz North in Lexington, MI (less than 90 minutes trom Detroit.) 🧖♀️
How is this retreat is different from any other retreat:
- It’s electronic free (You can decide to what degree. Never touch your phone all weekend or go take some videos of the
lake. You decide.)
- The location! Only 90 mins or so from Detroit - The Schvitz North is such a cool house with shared bedrooms, plenty of things to look at and do (Scrabble anyone?!) plus a large property to saunter around before heading down to the large sauna, the hot tub overlooking Lake Huron (the full moon from the last time was such a beautiful sight trom the hot tub!)
and of course, the lovely Lake Huron.
- No Itinerary!! We have some suggested activities - sharing circle with Pam and sound bath with Jessica for example - but you do that YOU want on your weekend. Sleep, shop or sauna
the whole time - just make sure you eat in between :-)

“The Power Down Retreat was truly something special. I walked in hoping for rest and reset — and walked out with some of the most beautiful friendships and new connections. The women I met were genuine, open-hearted, supportive, and just magical. I’m so grateful for the connections that blossomed over the weekend.
Unplugging felt incredible. And yes… I still used my phone to snap a few pictures (because these memories deserved to be captured ✨), but stepping away from social media and outside noise let me be fully present. To breathe. To laugh. To connect. To heal.”
