The Power Awakening workshop is a transformative experience (perfectly matches spring) inspired by the Maori HAKA.
The spring season symbolizes renewal and growth, so it's a great time to focus on yourself.
A new season of life arises as nature awakens after winter, inviting us to let go of old habits and explore new possibilities. The season of rebirth inspires a fresh start, motivating us to cultivate our inner strengths. Nature leads the way. Let's follow her.
During the workshop, you will be stimulated in all three parts, on an emotional, physical, and mental level. You can balance them to create a new, stronger version of yourself. Finding your own inner guidance will help you make decisions about what step to take next in your life to make you stronger, happier, and more satisfied.
The workshop was created to be an engaging event that would challenge participants to think differently about their lives and to find the courage to make meaningful changes. The Power Awakening ritual with its movements and chants evokes a sense of unity, strength, and focus among participants. It will assist you to connect with your inner power and express yourself fully.

Power Circling
This part of the workshop allows you to look deeper into your interpersonal dynamics, providing a better understanding of how you relate to others. Through the Power Circling, you may increase your emotional intelligence and empathy. This method is included in the workshop because having heightened self-awareness and connecting with others can accelerate personal growth.

Highlighted terms and conditions:
1. You can transfer tickets to other people by providing the full name of the person via email in advance and indicating who's ticket is being transferred.
2. Stay off your phone during the workshop so you have time for yourself.
3. Refunds
- If the participant is unable to attend or does not attend, the ticket will not be refunded.
- If the workshop organizer cancels the event, the full amount of the ticket will be refunded to the participant or the participant may choose to use the ticket on future events organized by InvesTid.
- In order to maintain the schedule, joining after 12:35 will not be possible, and a refund will not be granted.
4. The event guide will be sent to you after you have booked your spot(s).
5. The use of the facility and all its equipment is at your own risk.
6. You are responsible for compensating the facility's owner for damages caused by your actions.
7. Photographs may be taken and published with the consent of the group/individuals.
8. Be respectful of each other's views and be mindful of your behavior.
9. Those who act in a destructive manner may be removed from the group.
10. The confidentiality agreement applies to the entire workshop. This means that all attendees must agree to keep any information shared during the workshop confidential.
11. It is voluntary to participate in the workshop. You do not have to do anything you do not wish to do. Each individual has the option of doing or not doing the exercises.
12. Wear warm clothing as the second part of the workshop will not be active (we will sit and talk).
During the short breaks, snacks and tee will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
