Join us for a sacred gathering where we explore the wisdom of the animal world through shamanic practice and creative expression.
Participants will be guided on a shamanic journey to discover their power animal, followed by an animal-inspired meditative dance for embodiment and integration. Each participant will receive a blank scrapbook journal with totem-themed stickers to decorate during class and take home for continued study, reflection, and connection with their animal ally.
