Neighbors in Need: Poverty in the Corridor
This Saturday, Nov. 7th, join us after the 5pm Mass to learn the facts about poverty in our community and how you can help.
Jesus tells us, “Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.” This is a chance to put that call into action right here in the Corridor.
The Knights of Columbus will provide food, and local nonprofits will be on hand to connect you with ways to serve:
Meals on Wheels East Central Iowa
Society of St. Vincent de Paul
St. John of the Cross Catholic Worker House
Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program (WRAP)
Metro Catholic Outreach
Stay after Mass, share a meal with your parish family, and find a way to serve that fits you.
