☀️ Pours and Pilates 🍻
Join @soma_ptandwellness & @pilateswith_emilyh for a fun and all-levels friendly mat Pilates class hosted by Harvey's Garden.
Tickets are $20 and spots are limited to the first 25 people who sign up!
Every class participant will get a drink of choice and SOMA resistance loop—option to use during class for some extra burn!
Additional raffle prizes and entry eligibility to be announced at class!
No Pilates (or drinking 😛) experience required. Instructor Emily will offer progressions and modifications for each move and Rachel, physical therapist and owner of SOMA, will provide individual assistance as needed 🙌
