* How to purchase the right beans for you

* Differentiating coffee taste notes

* Pourover theory

* Hands on experience

* List of recommended tools and machines

Notes:

* Bring your pen and notebook if able. We will also provide paper and pen to write on.

* Please wear cloths that are free to stain. There may be spills or splashes. Try not to wear white.

* The workshop will be comprised of hands-on experience and knowledge/information. There will be home assignments for participants to practice things we learn during our workshop sessions.
