POUR Spirits Summit brings together exceptional spirits, the people behind them, and guests who believe discovery is part of the experience.

On November 7, 2026, Lexington becomes the founding city of POUR. For one evening, a curated group of producers across bourbon, whiskey, tequila, rum, vodka, and select wine, beer, and RTD partners gather alongside local chefs to create an experience shaped by hospitality, craftsmanship, and conversation.

Guests move comfortably, take their time, and engage directly with the people who know their spirits best. Attendance is intentionally set at 500 guests to preserve a relaxed, conversational experience.

  Limited to 100 guests.Early access to the tasting floor and select pours.

  Full access to the tasting floor and culinary pairings.
