Her Coffee journey started in Sydney Australia where you find tasty coffee everywhere. Ever since then, she had been in the coffee industry to seek and introduce great coffee to people around her. She had competed number of Canadian National Barista championships and hold 2 titles as Canadian Regional champion. She also had been a judge multple times for the Canadian national brewers cup and Aeropress Championship. Currently, while she owns and operates Hotblack Coffee, Downtown Toronto, she recently became a head roaster for Provincial Coffee Roasters in East York.
