Pour Back In: A Listening Room Experience

This immersive experience begins with a simple but powerful question: How are you, really? Through guided prompts, anonymous reflection, rhythm, and live sound, participants will transform honest emotions into poetry, affirmation, and music created together in real time.

This workshop invites participants to be heard and supported without pressure to perform or be perfect. No writing or musical experience is needed, only a willingness to show up authentically.

During this experience, participants will:

• Reflect on their emotional landscape through guided prompts and shared inquiry
• Turn words, phrases, and feelings into poetry, rhythm, and creative expression
• Experience freestyle meditation supported by live instrumentation
• Engage with sound healing tools such as sound bowls, rain sticks, ocean drums, and koshi bells
• Co-create a collective listening experience rooted in honesty, release, and connection

Participants will gather in community, breathe to a beat, and shape a living meditation where each voice becomes part of the soundtrack. They will leave with their own words given back to them as music, and the experience of having been heard, witnessed, and held by community.
