About this Event
Join Kristi O’Donnell from Foley’s Fitness for this new version of the popular POUND Fitness classes. These sessions are designed with your mental health in mind. Classes blend high-intensity training with rhythmic breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. POUND Unplugged will make you sweat, release, and boost neurochemicals before quickly settling back into a peaceful, recharged, and empowered state. Event sponsored by Martin's Point Health Care.
Recommended items: Water, sunscreen, sunglasses/hat, and bug spray. Ripsticks will be provided by instructor. Please Note: There will be 20 sets of sanitized Ripstix available to borrow. They will distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at this event. You are still able to participate in the program without these sticks, or if you are more comfortable, you may bring utensils (spatulas, spoons, rulers, etc.) to use in place of Ripstix.
