We are excited to have new instructor Dee Dee join BOOM Fitness & BOOM KIDZ as our new POUND Instructor.
Dee Dee will be teaching Wednesday's at 6pm!!
P90X will be moved to Tuesday's at 5:45pm in September.
We are excited to add this program back in the studio, come try this fun class in September.
