POUND and Pour - Group Fitness Brewery Event

Are you ready to unleash your inner drummer? Led by POUND Pro Cheryl Bigelow, POUND combines music and movement to provide a unique group fitness experience! Infusing pilates moves with the power of drumming, POUND is a full-body cardio and strength training jam session all in one. Participants use Ripstix, lightly-weighted exercise drumsticks, to channel their inner drummer, get fit, and have fun! No drumming experience required - just bring a willingness to rock out, a water bottle, and yoga mat. This class is great for ALL fitness levels.

Note: The POUND fitness class takes place before the brewery is open, so get ready to make some noise! At noon, the brewery will open to the public, so we'll stick around to enjoy a pint (or two) and mingle! Brick Box Brewery offers several non-alcoholic options, as well as a full food menu.
