Pound for Adults is a total body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements. This jam session is inspired by infectious, energizing, sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. There could be up to 15,000 reps done in a class & you can burn up to 900 Calories. Come release your inner Rockstar!
We meet on Tuesdays from 5 - 6 pm. It’s the best deal in town!
This is a SIX-WEEK COURSE!
Course Instructor: Lori Jacobson
Class Dates will be: 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, ( no class 11/26), 12/3
If for any reason the instructor has to cancel a class, a makeup class will be provided.
All Lee County Lifelong Learning classes must meet a minimum student enrollment or class will be delayed or cancelled (if canceled, a full refund will be issued).
