POTS Patient Support Group

POTS Support Group - Meets the fourth Tuesday 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.

This is a FREE class.

Living with POTS can be challenging, but you do not have to navigate it alone. The POTS Support Group provides a welcoming environment where individuals can connect with others who understand the unique challenges of Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.

Goals:

• Build community and connection
• Reduce feelings of isolation
• Share practical coping strategies
• Encourage active participation in healthcare
• Foster hope and improved quality of life

You do not need to be an HonorHealth patient; anyone who is managing a neurological disorder is encouraged to attend. The support group meets in the conference room on the first floor, just past the main lobby.
