Let’s gather on a cold winter weekend and get our Crafty Witch groove on!!
Audrey Kunselman and I are curating a weekend full of creating bubbling brews, mixing herbs and salts, deepening friendships and nourishing our depths.
During this weekend, you will craft your own gallon of fruit flavored Mead (honey wine). Mead is believed to predate wine by three thousand years! Choose your own fruit, learn how easy it is, and have the supplies to make future batches.
You will learn how to make your own Elderberry syrup, a powerhouse of immune boosting ingredients! You’ll craft a quart to take home. A spoonful a day keeps the germs away!
You will craft herbal spa products and learn about their healing properties. We will then apply them one-on-one with each other in an intimate setting, changing spa partners throughout the weekend. Some spa treatments offered- hand masks, rosemary mint foot soak, foot scrub, a cacao face mask as well as face cream. You will also have jars of these products to take home to create the experience again.
We’ve invited Melinda Gentry to join us, and she will be leading everyone in a multi-layered, multi-media, multi-visited art project that will be worked on through-out the weekend.
We will also enjoy an Amrit Yoga Nidra session and a Cacao ceremony.
Dinners will be pot luck both Friday and Saturday night. Breakfast will be provided Saturday and Sunday, lunch Saturday, a light lunch Sunday plus pot luck clean up.
