Potion Making 101—An Introduction to the Witch's Apothecary

Learn to Create Water, Oil & Powder-Based Magical Preparations
Have you ever wondered what makes a potion different from an oil, tincture, or magical powder? Join Sorceress Debbie Ruxton, Reiki Healer, Crystal Doctor, Herbalist, and Practitioner of the Magickal Arts, for an engaging introduction to the art of potion making and discover how Witches have crafted magical preparations for centuries.
In this hands-on class, Debbie will demonstrate three different forms of potion work:
✨ A water-based potion, featuring Laurie Cabot's renowned Protection Potion.
✨ An oil-based potion infused with herbs and magical intention for love.
✨ A powdered potion, known as a Cypher, blending carefully selected ingredients into a versatile magical formula for "powering up" other workings and candle dressings.
Throughout the class, students will learn the purpose, preparation, and practical uses of each type while watching the process unfold live. Every participant will take home three potion vials—one of each preparation—to begin their own journey into the Witch's Apothecary.
Whether you're completely new to potion making or looking to expand your magical knowledge, this class offers a fascinating introduction to one of the oldest arts of the Craft.
All materials are included. In store space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
Please be sure of time and date as there are no refunds.
*ZOOM option is available, but you will need to gather your own supplies. A list will be sent to you once you register for the class. Be sure to plan accordingly for Zoom in case you need to order in some of the supplies.
