Pot of Dreams - A Couples Workshop.

Discover your Dreams Together! The Pot of Dreams workshop invites couples to spend 1.5 joyful hours reconnecting, reflecting, and reimagining their shared future. Using design thinking and guided reflection, you’ll explore what truly matters to both of you - and create a literal POT of Dreams to bring more love, laughter, and meaning into your everyday life.

Through playful, hands-on activities with colorful post-its and open-hearted conversations, this experience will help you uncover your shared hopes, celebrate your connection, and spark new ways to support each others dreams.

Whether you have been together for years or are just starting your journey, this workshop offers a chance to pause, listen deeply, and create a shared vision of joy and togetherness.

Opening Connection Ritual: Begin with a playful warm-up to help you tune into each others energy and set intentions for your time together.

Create your own Pot of Dreams: Using colorful post-its, you will co-create a shared values, dreams, and goals - from small joys to big life visions.

Discovering your Pot together: Through guided steps sharing your pot of dreams, and tapping in to the fuzzy warm feeling of love

Closing Meditation & Gratitude Circle: End with a soothing, heart-centered meditation with Tibetan singing bowls - leaving you both calm, connected, and inspired.
