Each session is designed as a standalone immersion, focusing on the practical and philosophical pillars of mindfulness. We move beyond the “why” and dive deeply into the “how,” ensuring you leave with a practice that feels sustainable, grounded, and uniquely yours.
It is often said that the mind and body are two sides of the same coin. In meditation, our physical alignment isn’t just about “sitting still”—it is the container that supports our clarity and ease.
When the body is balanced, the mind naturally follows. In this first workshop of the year, we return to the basics of physical presence. We will explore how subtle adjustments in your seat can transform a struggle with restlessness into a sense of stable, open awareness.
Beginners who want to start their practice without physical strain.
Experienced Meditators looking to troubleshoot recurring tension or “refresh” their physical foundation.
