We are so excited to bring special guest, Esak Garcia, to our home studio! Esak has been practicing and teaching Hot Yoga for 30 years. This weekend workshop is a great opportunity to feed your practice with techniques and information that will help you get more from the time you spend in the hot room. Be prepared to practice and sweat in the special 90 minute and e84 Intermediate classes. It's recommended that a student have some experience with the hot practice to get the most out of the weekend.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 24TH

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: 90-Minute Hot Yoga Class
1:00 - 3:00 PM: Yoga Philosophy Session: A Modern Application
SUNDAY, AUGUST 25th
8:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Posture Clinic Part 2
10:30 AM - 12:30 PM: e84 Intermediate Class
1:00 - 2:00 PM: Breathing Workshop
Bring mat, towel, water, and a change (or two!) of clothing. We can't wait to practice with you!
