Esak has been practicing and teaching Bikram Yoga since 1994. This is an opportunity to feed your practice with techniques and information that will help you get more from the time you spend in the hot room. Participants will have the opportunity to immediately apply the workshop information to their practice in the class following the workshop.
Included is an all levels two-hour workshop on 26&2 posture technique, followed by a 90-minute 26&2 class.
