Join experienced coaches and rehab specialists Dante Martella & Brian Rothwell as they combined their 20+ years of results to give you a proven approach to improving upper body function.
COMMUNITY WORKSHOP @ 12:15PM (2 HRS)

This workshop is designed for anyone that is looking to address any / all of the above restrictions. If you frequently get tension headaches, are dealing with limitations in shoulder mobility (can't get your arms above your head comfortably), or have downstream issues at the elbows and wrists, you will learn a few basic exercises and progressions to be able to make those issues a thing of the past.
Everything from basic stretches that are often done wrong, to the variations that will help keep you getting stronger and more mobile long-term, this workshop has it all.

With both theory and practical application, you'll leave with a library of exercises that will help you create a reference sheet so you'll never feel at a loss next time one of your clients / patients / athletes comes in with neck or mid back tension, shoulder mobility restrictions, or elbow, shoulder and wrist pain.
These are not your classic band stretches - this is the fundamental restoration of movement the way our upper bodies were designed to.
