Posture and Pace Run Club
About this Event
We meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings for guided training runs through Central Park, followed by yoga lead recovery sessions, free coffee, and community back at the clinic.
Join Dr. Erin Freese and Dr. Tony Lee as they train toward a sub-3:30 marathon this November and invite you to train alongside them.
Our semiweekly run club combines structured endurance training, recovery-focused mobility work, and community support to help runners improve performance, stay healthy, and enjoy the process.
Weekly Training Structure
Tuesdays: Speed & Interval Work
Aerobic training with strides designed to improve speed, stamina, and race performance.
Thursday: Steady Pace Runs
Consistent aerobic training focused on endurance, pacing, and efficiency.
After the Run
Meet back at the clinic for post-run recovery mobility sessions; 15 min light stretch with yoga instructor Nataliia; and iced coffee (free)!
