Refine your yoga practice and deepen your understanding of alignment and energetic principles through observation and gentle hands-on adjustments.
In this workshop, Anto will guide you through:
- Gentle, supportive adjustments to help find steadiness and stability in yoga asanas; balance effort and ease; and connect more deeply with the breath and the energetic qualities of a posture.
- Learning how thoughtful and skilful adjustments in conjunction with verbal cues can foster greater embodied awareness and mindful presence for a safe, and beneficial practice.
Suitable for all levels; beginners welcome!
