Welcome to Postural Energetics!
Postural Energetics was developed by Hugh Gilbert, based on the principles of Psychosomatic Therapy as taught by Herman Mueller, who shows how the body is a reflection of your energy and spirit. Hugh's insight and intuition lead him to realize that changes, no matter how gentle, in your posture, will change everything and can facilitate physical blocks in your body to simply melt away, gently and calmly.
Using this approach Postural Energetics practitioner Scott Harris demonstrate how persistent repositioning heightens awareness of the true and natural body state of balance, bringing balance to the mind and body by identifying and removing perceived physical restrictions. When physical restrictions are released, both stress and pain are lessened.
