Postpunk Lovers címmel a 101 Klub január 17-én immár egy nagyobb tánctérrel és színpaddal rendelkező helyen folytatja új partisorozatát, amelynek zenei kínálata jórészt a ’80-as, illetve a ’90-es évek underground világára összpontosít, s főleg a darkwave, a posztpunk, a gothic és a coldwave bandák szerzeményeit veszi alapul, persze, a kortárs tendenciákra is figyelve. A nagyjából havonta megrendezésre kerülő bulikon az alternatív színtér legismertebb és legérdekesebb lemezlovasai, egyúttal művészei válogatják az említett stílusirányzatokhoz tartozó zenekarok elborultnál elborultabb számait. Vagyis a vendégek a Postpunk Lovers csapatának rezidens tagjaival, az olasz Numával és Goreboy-jal, esetleg a CMC vezetőjével, Szász Györggyel, ugyanakkor a londoni klubokat is megjárt Heretic társaságában a ZegZug egykori DJ-jével, Cuclikopffal, alkalmanként pedig a Tulpen und Narzissen csapat sötétvörös, illetve koromfekete hajú lemezlovasával, azaz Diánával és Dorinával találkozhatnak a pult mögött. S ahogy az elmúlt időszak hasonló jellegű rendezvényeit, a Postpunk Lovers bulijait is a ZegZugbeli vagy éppen berlini fellépéseiről ismert avantgárd költő, Legéndy Jácint improvizatív, táncos performanszai ékesítik, de külföldi DJ-k és alternatív bandák szereplése ugyancsak valószínűsíthető. A közönségen belül várhatóan felbukkannak a budapesti underground szcéna legextravagánsabb figurái, szóval a buli kihagyhatatlan élmény mindenkinek, aki el szeretne mélyülni a város zenei szubkultúráinak világában.A 2025. január 17-i PROGRAM:

Az est folyamán OPLUSZA és GOREBOY kortárs viszonylatban a tőle megszokott, jól táncolható, lendületes és érzéki posztpunk, darkwave, illetve new wave számokból válogat, nagy hangsúlyt fektetve az olasz és latin-amerikai kötődésű bandákra, s persze, némi kitekintéssel a ’80-as évekre, mialatt a képernyőn testvérbulink, az olaszországi Revolution Party, illetve Das Lust Party rendezvényein készült goth erotikus partifotók fognak pörögni LEGÉNDY JÁCINT összeállításában.

On the 17th of January 101 Club is going to continue its new party series called Postpunk Lovers. The series will usually focus on the underground music of the ’80s and ’90s taking the songs of the darkwave, postpunk, gothic and coldwave bands as a base, but not forgetting about the contemporary tendencies either. At the monthly organised parties the most popular and most interesting alternative DJs or artists can select the craziest records of the bands concentrating on the mentioned subgenres. So, behind the audiomixer the guests are going to see Numa and Goreboy from team Lovers or the leader of the legendary CMC band, Szász György or DJ Cuclikopf from ZegZug coldwave series in the company of Heretic or the dark red and coal black haired DJs of the Tulpen und Narzissen group, Diána and Dorina. And as it usually occurs on the similar events of the club, avantgarde poet Legéndy Jácint, who is well known for his improvisative dance performances given in Berlin and at ZegZug Bar in Budapest, will adorn the parties with some peculiar shows. But foreign DJs and alternative bands are also expected to perform. Inside the public the most extravagant faces of the Budapest underground scene are going to appear, so the party series can be attractive for everyone who wants to dive into the subcultures of the town.

A Postpunk Lovers világán belül meghatározó irányvonal a lendületes, jól táncolható és érzéki, főleg olasz, illetve latin-amerikai posztpunk vagy darkwave bandák zenéje, s a hozzá kötődő, goth erotikával teli partihangulat, így a Postpunk Lovers a jövőben is törekszik úgymond testvérbulijaival, név szerint a Revolution Party-val, a Das Lust Party-val, s az ugyancsak olaszországi Decadence Party-val való együttműködésre.
