Hi all,
With a heavy heart, SVRD has decided to postpone the game against Sintral Valley Derby on Saturday, July 20 and the Skate-A-Thon on Sunday, July 21st due to the uptick in COVID numbers in our county and the recommendation of the California State of Public Health.
We as a league and community of skaters understand and consider the impact for skaters, staff, league members, spectators and the overall health of the community and have determined that this is the best course of action at this time.
We will announce when we have a new date for these events as soon as we are able. Any bout shouts and skate-a-thon pledges made will carry over to the postponed dates. We apologize sincerely for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing you soon!

How it works:
- Pledge to pay a $ amount per # of laps your chosen skater will skate! Or you can pay a flat fee.
- Skaters will skate in 15 minute intervals. Make sure you confirm with your skater how many intervals they plan to skate in, so you know how to budget appropriately! Every skater will skate in at least one 15 minute heat.
- SVRD will follow up with how many laps your skater accomplished, and your amount due to pay to the league.
- All money raised is tax-deductible (SVRD is a 501c3 non-profit!) and keeps the league rolling.
