Babies are welcome just as they are—feeding, sleeping, moving, or needing you at any time.
This class is for you if you:
• Are in the postpartum period (weeks, months, or even within the first year)
• Want guidance on safely returning to movement
• Are experiencing core or pelvic floor symptoms
• Are looking for connection and community with other mothers
