We are excited to announce our fall 2025 offering, Postpartum Yoga for Mommy & Me, for new and veteran mamas and their babies at our new location- Keene, NH🌲👶🏻🍂🙏🏼🌞🌟🧘🏾♀️
Sessions will run weekly on Tuesdays at 10-11, beginning September 2nd at Butterfly Park in Keene 🦋weather permitting.
This program will provide mamas with a gentle to moderate yoga class for all levels and abilities focusing on mindfulness, breath work, flexibility, strength training, and total body movement. Poses are designed to include your baby, creating the ultimate bonding experience while immersed in nature. Mamas will have the opportunity to meet and connect with one another, in hopes of creating an inclusive and supportive community.
This class is for mamas who have been cleared by their medical providers to engage in exercise, 6+ weeks postpartum, and their babies up to 1 year. Older siblings are welcome to attend and participate, but this class is geared toward infants.
What to bring:
✨a yoga mat or blanket for you and your little one to sit on
✨anything your little one may need while outdoors
This class is FLEXIBLE! You can take a break, stand, baby wear, or feed your baby at any time. Baby fell asleep on the way? No problem - let them sleep in the stroller while you enjoy the class.
