Motherhood is the best, but let’s be honest…it’s tough! Sleepless nights, the invisible mental load, and don’t even get me started on the laundry. It can all feel like too much.
What if you had a safe space to connect with other moms who totally understand? A place to share your experiences, learn practical tools to manage anxiety and overwhelm, and even get your body moving through gentle postpartum yoga practices?
Join Kristen Simons, a licensed mental health therapist, yoga teacher, and mom of two, for a unique 6-week in-person group designed to support you through this incredible transition. Drawing on her professional expertise and personal experience, Kristen creates a welcoming space for connection, reflection, and gentle movement.
This group is for you if:
You’re 4 weeks to 1 year postpartum.
You’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected and wondering what feelings are “normal” during this stage.
You have questions about your postpartum body or want guidance on safely reintroducing movement into your busy schedule.
You’re ready to prioritize your own well-being and connect with other moms navigating this season of life.
We cover topics like:
Navigating the monumental shift into motherhood and redefining your identity.
Reconnecting with the physical changes of postpartum through body education and simple movement strategies.
Managing anxiety, overstimulation, "mom guilt," and the mental load by embracing self-care that actually works.
Building a support system that has your back and reengaging with the one that’s been there all along.
This group is designed just for moms. We love your babies, and we encourage you to use this time to reconnect with yourself, knowing that caring for you is also caring for your baby.
Cost: $180 for 6 weeks; sliding scale options available upon request.
