Motherhood changes everything — your body, your emotions, your identity, and sometimes your sense of self. And while the word postpartum often feels tied to a timeline, the truth is this: there is no expiration date on postpartum.

If you are a mom — whether you are newly postpartum, years into motherhood, or preparing to welcome a baby — this event is for you.

The Postpartum Wellness Workshop is a 4-hour, in-person experience created to remind moms they are not alone and to connect them with real, trusted resources that support mental, physical, and emotional well-being. This is a space where moms can breathe, learn, connect, and feel cared for.

Throughout the event, you’ll hear from local professionals who serve moms in meaningful ways. Each speaker will share what they do, how they support women, and practical tools you can take with you beyond the event.

Our hope is that every mom leaves feeling:

This is more than a workshop — it’s a community experience.

The first 50 women to register will receive a free canvas tote bag.

👉 You must be present at the event to receive your tote bag.
If you are unable to attend, your bag will be donated to another mom who is present so nothing goes to waste and another mom can be blessed.

Our workshop will feature a variety of postpartum-focused professionals, including (but not limited to):

• Mental health professionals (postpartum & women’s wellness)
• Pelvic floor physical therapists
• Postpartum fitness & movement coaches
• Doulas & birth workers
• Lactation support
• Nutrition & wellness providers
• Holistic care professionals

• Children are welcome, but must have a ticket
• While children are welcome, we strongly encourage moms to come alone if possible so you can fully engage, rest, and get the most out of this 4-hour experience
