For me personally, I never had anxiety before Motherhood and I wasn't even aware that was what I was experiencing at the time. Tuns out, I just had an extreme lack of support.
This circle is for all of us....new mama, seasoned mama, mama with older kiddos who can offer some wisdom to mamas of babes, and everyone else in between. ❤️
Join us Saturday, October 1st, November 12th, and December 3rd at Vida Holistic Healing Inc for a Yuma PostPartum Circle! Cost for circle is $25 which includes healthy eats and beverages.
