In this class we will talk about some of the issues surrounding postpartum, for moms, partners and babies. The goal of this class is to build community and support for each person as they navigate the "fourth trimester", and to encourage each new family as they grow.Facilitator Bio, Katy Baumgaertner: I have been a parent for 21 years. The journey of parenthood started before I even saw the faces of my little ones. I am so blessed to have had my husband by my side as we learned and prepared for the greatest (and hardest) events of our lives- the birth of our kiddos. Since that moment, it has been a goal of mine to help as many women prepare to welcome their precious babies home.
This class is free to attend and childcare during the class is provided. Registration is required. Both moms and dads are welcome!
