Postpartum Foundations with Coach Molly and Coach Arielle.
Whether you are a runner, a lifter, a CrossFitter, if you do yoga, dance, or jiu-jitsu- this is your foundation for return to the exercise you love. ? Here's a quick snapshot of what to expect:
? Rehab and heal your core and pelvic floor
?Connect with your breath - become aware of how you naturally breathe during exercise. Learn different breathing strategies that you can use to either engage or relax your core.
? A focus on movements that engage your entire core: deadbugs, side planks, bear crawls, farmer's carries, squats, and many more ✨️
?Build (rebuild) foundational strength through functional movements like squats, deadlifts, and press. You are already doing many of these movements in everyday life (all while holding your baby): we look at form, positioning, breathing strategies, and gradually make these movements more challenging
?We will test/screen your readiness to return to the exercises and movements you love, such as jumping, running, HIT, and heavier lifting. When you are ready, we gradually add these components with intention.
