This supportive summer series is designed to help you build awareness, strength, confidence, and connection through pelvic floor education, core support, breathwork, mobility, movement, and nervous system recovery.
Each class includes a short educational focus followed by guided movement, breathwork, mobility, or recovery-based practice.

Recovery Reset: Breath, Meditation & Nervous System Support
Postpartum recovery is not only physical. Sleep changes, stress, tension, and the demands of caring for others can impact recovery, energy, and the nervous system. Participants will learn how stress and tension can show up in the body, then experience guided breathwork, meditation, gentle mobility, and nervous system practices to support recovery, relaxation, and long-term well-being.
