This supportive summer series is designed to help you build awareness, strength, confidence, and connection through pelvic floor education, core support, breathwork, mobility, movement, and nervous system recovery.
Each class includes a short educational focus followed by guided movement, breathwork, mobility, or recovery-based practice.

Core Restore: Rebuild Strength from the Inside Out
The core is more than just the abdominals. Participants will learn the difference between local and global core muscles, how pregnancy can weaken or change core function, and how to safely restore strength from the inside out. This class will include guided core activation, stability work, and movement progressions to help rebuild strength, posture, and confidence without rushing the recovery process.
