About this Event
Most people prepare for birth. Almost nobody prepares for what happens after.
This 3-part postpartum and newborn preparation class is designed to help you walk into those first weeks at home with clarity, support, and a plan that actually works in real life.
This is a 3-session series (your ticket includes all sessions):
May 18 · 6:00 PM (In-Person · Arlington)
Hands-on foundations: postpartum recovery, newborn basics, and beginning your postpartum plan
May 20 · 6:00 PM (Virtual · Zoom)
Understanding your body, feeding, and what’s normal in the early days
May 22 · 6:00 PM (Virtual · Zoom)
Completing your plan, soothing + sleep, and navigating common challenges
Instead of piecing things together while exhausted and recovering, you’ll prepare ahead of time, so your home, your body, and your support system are already set up.
Through a mix of hands-on and virtual sessions, we’ll cover postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, sleep, and the day-to-day rhythms that shape your experience in the first 6 weeks.
You’ll leave with a personalized postpartum plan, a clear understanding of what’s normal (and what’s not), and practical tools you can easily use when baby arrives.
Prepare for baby now, have ease later.
