Postpartum Support Group is MONTHLY.
Postpartum Support Group
- For new mothers up to one year postpartum who are experiencing anxiety or depression (the most common complication of pregnancy & childbirth).
- Coping skills
- Peer-to-peer support
Breastfeeding Support Group
- Discuss issues relevant to breastfeeding
- Available resources
- Peer-to-peer support
- Information about pumping
- Reassurance for moms
When:
Every Wednesday
Breastfeeding support: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Every 4th Wednesday of the Month
Postpartum support: 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.
