Postpartum 4 Week Support Group

Next group will meet for four weeks on Friday 9/11, 9/18, 9/25, & 10/2

Find connection, understanding, and emotional support in our postpartum group for mothers in San Diego. Led by a licensed therapist, this group helps new moms process overwhelm, loneliness, identity changes, and the realities of life after birth. Join a compassionate circle where you can share openly, feel seen, and build confidence in your postpartum journey. You will be connected through a WhatsApp group during the four weeks to foster community, meet ups, and check ins in between weekly group and to encourage connections beyond the four weeks.

This intimate group is open to six Mothers who are currently within one year postpartum. Register early to save your space!
