Hey mums! Join us in person for an informative and interactive workshop designed to guide you back to feeling like your best self after baby.
In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll learn:
✓ How to retrain your pelvic floor and core muscles, in ways beyond situps or crunches
✓ What return to exercise and running can actually look like
✓ How and what to strengthen (a.k.a. Tone) postpartum without fear (Hint: it's not just the Mum Tum)
✓ Nutrition basics that support healing and sustainable fat loss
✓ Red flags to watch for during exercise— and when to modify
This workshop is for you if:
✓You’ve had a baby within the last 4 years and feel unsure how to start with exercise again
✓ You leak when you sneeze, laugh or exercise, feel weak through your body & core
✓You want to exercise again but don’t know if you’re ready
✓You’ve been using Google, social media, or ChatGPT to figure out what exercise to do for your persistent Mummy Tummy
✓You've been so many things and still can't seem to lose the baby weight
