FOR BABIES UNDER 6 MONTHS OLD (Born since September 2025)
An essential postnatal course which promotes the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of new parents.
This unique course has been designed by The Parent Hood of Harlow to bring expert advice and guidance to those navigating the first 6 months of parenting.
It is led by a team of local experts with the aim of empowering families as they embark on their new parenting journey.
Throughout the course we will cover the following topics:
-- Mindfulness
-- Moving to Solids
-- Postnatal Recovery and exercise
-- Relationships
-- Infant First Aid
We spend 1 hour with the expert and then have time for you to socialise with the other parents with refreshments.
Postnatal Plus is then followed by our peer support group.
FUNDED BY TNL Community Fund - there is a suggested donation of £7.50 per session, however if you are a Harlow resident and are struggling financially but would benefit, fully funded spaces are available.
