The structured 6 week programme will gradually and safely reintegrate your core, release tension, relieve aches and nourish your soul leaving you feeling refreshed and ready to embrace whatever turn the rest of your day may take!Baby yoga and massage is included to sooth and bond with your little one.
This class is suitable from your 6 week check.
6 week course - £84
Wednesday 12.45pm-1.45pm followed by a cuppa and chat to 2.15pm ?
