Poster Fish Promotions presents Dash! Vulture Fun & Spring 7 Nov, Fibber MageesDash! are a new wave synth pop band currently based in Dublin. Dash! ascended to planet Earth from "Space Place" (-!=⊕Λ) in search of intergalactic fun and frolics but so far have found only intergalactic sorrow and high rents. Dash! bring a distinctive brand of cometcore high energy new wave synth pop.
Vulture Fun, putting the ass in asset management, are your classic 5 piece band with 2 lead singers and a stylophone. Their music aims for punk and ends up somewhere, reflecting the uncertainty of life in Ireland. Having formed after agreeing to do a gig on a night out in January 2024, the band have played across Dublin from squat basements to the Royal Chapel in Dublin Castle.
Spring are a band formed in 2022 by a group of friends from North Dublin, who all had a common interest in music. They’ve played live in Fibber Magees, The Sound House, and to a sell out gig in Whelan’s. Their sound takes influence from a multitude of genres, with heavy rhythm, explosive drums, smooth basslines, precise lead licks and venomous vocals.
Join us for a night of brilliant music, activist stalls and great craic.
