Post Traumatic Growth: Finding Hope in the Aftermath of Suicide Loss

The trauma of suicide loss provokes strong feelings of grief, anger, guilt, shame, confusion, and isolation, which can undermine a survivor’s core beliefs about the meaning and purpose of life. Paradoxically, this state of deconstruction can provide opportunities for dramatic personal growth. This conference is a community-wide event with the goal of providing hope, help, and healing for survivors of loss to suicide, as well as the friends, family, and professionals who walk alongside them.
