Are you navigating the emotional ups and downs of life after baby? You're not alone and you don’t have to go through it alone.
Join us for a new Postpartum Support Group, thoughtfully designed in partnership with Bright Tribe Therapy & Wellness. Led by LPC Jillayna Adamson, this group offers a compassionate, judgment-free space to connect, share, and find support among other moms who truly get it.
Each one-hour session includes open conversation, professional guidance, and shared experiences tailored to the unique challenges of postpartum life, including postpartum depression and anxiety. Whether you’re in the thick of it or still healing, this group is here to walk beside you.
💵 $30 per session
💛 Babies are welcome in the group room
💛 Older children can enjoy SUPERVISED open play in our playroom during group for $15
Sessions will run every other Monday, alternating with our Mom Circle gatherings.
