POST Mark43 Role Agency User Training (In Person)

Mark43 is the online reporting platform for police agencies to report allegations of serious misconduct to POST pursuant to the peace officer decertification act (formerly SB2). Agencies are allowed a maximum of two users per agency, unless otherwise indicated. This class is designed as hands-on training for users designated to access Mark43 and make agency reports to POST. Agency designated users will learn how to log-in to Mark43, navigate the platform, and create and submit an Agency Report.

The following is required for all who attend the class:

• Attendees must be pre-approved by the agency to attend.
• Attendees must submit a POST Mark43 User Application form before the class.
• Attendees are required to bring a Wi-fi enabled laptop computer with charging cord.
• Attendees must have the ability to access their official department email account while at the training (for 2-factor authentication).
