Post-Holiday Calm: Recharge Your Spirit Sound Bath
Ease back into balance after the holiday weekend with a sound bath designed to help you recharge your spirit and find inner calm. Megan Kamosi will guide you through soothing soundscapes, helping you release stress and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to enter the workweek with renewed energy and peace.
What you can expect:
Arrival: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle into your space and connect with the community.
Introduction: Meet your guide, Megan Kamosi and learn more about the sound bath experince.
Sound Bath: 60 minutes of guided visualization and sound bath with crystal singing bowls and various healing instruments.
Closing: Ground in and share about you experince.
Bring a friend and enjoy this enriching experience together.
Logistics
Where Private Residence in Concord, CA (*Exact address will be emailed upon registration) **Street parking is abundant, and carpooling is welcome.
When Sunday, December 1st from 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Doors open 10min prior so you can set up your most comfortable space
What to bring Dress comfortably, bring a blanket + pillow, water bottle, and anything else to keep you cozy. Padded mats are provided.

Meet the Facilitator:
Megan Kamosi is a dedicated sound therapist, musician, and Reiki practitioner, with nearly a decade of experience in sound healing. As the founder of Humxn Tuning LLC, Megan offers sound baths and other holistic practices that promote relaxation, well-being, and personal growth.
Trained in facilitating meditation, vocal toning, body tuning, and chakra therapy, Megan integrates various sound and energy healing techniques into her work. Her personalized approach, known as "humxn tuning," delivers a resonant healing experience tailored to the unique needs of individuals and groups.
Megan’s services cater to both private clients and groups, including corporate clients and children's workshops. She also offers sessions at various wellness centers, including Luminae Space and Cavallo Point Lodge Healing Arts Center & Spa.
