We are currently plunging in a 100 gallon tank. Temp ranges from 45-55 degrees.

Please rinse off before you get in summer brings sweat sunscreen and sand we don't want that in our tub.The sweet spot is 48-50 degrees and 3 to 6 minutes. 10 minute limit as we want everyone to get a chance to plunge.
