For our thousand and…. sixteenth party (to be honest, we lost count somewhere along the way) we present to you our EIGHTH birthday party. They say if a club can last for ten years, you’re doing something right (or wrong for that matter). So we’ll circle back to this topic in two years. Anyway.[4:54 PM]On Saturday 8th at 10 AM we open our doors and the sound system goes bang. Or maybe not bang but woof, as it’s the first two hours, which are governed by Ojelma and Saffet, going back to back. After setting the tone, we steal Katerina from across the court yard for a quick visit — two hours of purrrr music straight from the source.
Then onto our first international guest of the night at 2AM : Tama Sumo. The Deutsche queen of the selectors, the ruler of the DJs is nothing short of dance floor curator royalty. Soul + raw = rouwl, and that’s what it’s gonna be. She’ll be followed by Uruguayan power house Nicolas Lutz at 4AM, sometimes referred to as Draculas (maybe due to the dark nature of his music). Here’s where things get deep and serious but in a fun way if you know what I mean. Expect to hear the unheard and dance your behind into oblivion.
Finally, for the grande finale, the flamme rouge – a deja vu from a year ago: the in-house antiheroes aka Post Bar Posse take control for the lat stretch of the party: 8AM to 11AM.
