The Frank Marston Post 33 American Legion will host its first annual Frank Marston Day of Recognition to celebrate individuals, community and national organizations who have donated time, service or money towards the restoration and operation of this historic American Legion post. The inaugural event will include a brief history of the building, an overview and unveiling of the completed CRA grant restoration project, and an awards ceremony, tapas style appetizers, music and dancing. Tours of the building will also be available.     
* Alcohol will be served at this event for those patrons of age (21+ with ID) two FREE drinks are included with your donation.

Who and what is the Frank Marston Post 33? The Frank R. Marston American Legion Post 33 exists to enhance the well-being of America's veterans, their families, our military, and our communities through our devotion to mutual helpfulness. Post 33 was founded in 1919 and our historic building on Intendencia Street was constructed in 1931. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2000, we've been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our non-profit organization upon:  support, empowerment, and progress.      

What is the American Legion? The American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.
